Aims and topics of the workshop
The workshop aim is to create a forum of debating ideas about the opportunities and threats generated in the areas of accounting, audit and finance by the contemporary economic dynamic realities. The workshop tries also to promote interactions between researchers from different countries and specialists from the areas covered by the scientific event, to identify future directions of research and to discover solutions to various problems of actuality.
The general topics – but not limited – of this workshop are:
- Accounting and Informatics Management;
- Audit and Corporate Governance;
- Doctoral Colloquium
24 of September 20171 of October 2017 – online abstract submission; 27 of September 20173 of October 2017 – abstract acceptance; 7 of October 201710 of October 2017 – paying the conference fee; 14 of October 201726 of October 2017 – paper submission.
The authors whose first option of publishing is Annales Universitatis Apulensis series Oeconomica or Progress in Economic Sciences are asked to submit their papers on the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Publishing of the papers will be made according to each of the journals editorial policies. The decision concerning the publication of the paper in the chosen journal will be taken after the review process by the journal’s editor.
Publishing in International Journal of Financial Studies for free will be offered just for submissions realized before 30 of December 2017. The submission has not to be under consideration for publishing elsewhere in the moment of submission. Authors which do not have their first option on publishing in International Journal of Financial Studies must retract previously the submission for the other journals associated with the workshop. In this latter case, please contact us to provide you details about the submission procedure.
The conference fee of 75 euro/paper will include attendance at all workshop sessions, the workshop bag, all workshop materials, lunches and coffee breaks.
For the doctoral colloquium, the fee for participation will be of 50 euro/paper.
The participation fee will be paid in one of the accounts:

Account holder: Asociația Pro Universitatea „1 Decembrie 1918” din Alba Iulia, tax ID: 33887538. The payment document will mention the title of the workshop and the name of the first author of the paper for which payment has been made.
Publishing of the papers
