Abstract:
The European legislation (community acquis), that is the judicial regulations adopted on the basis
of the constitutive agreements of EU, mainly The Treaty from Rome, Maastricht and Amsterdam,
represents the totality of the judicial regulations that settle the activity of the EU institutions, the
community actions and policies. It is divided into several domains such as: free circulation of
goods, free circulation of people, free circulation of services, free circulation of capital, the right
of commercial companies etc.
